They are attractive, dark berries that are used to make elderberry tea, jams, syrups, juices, elderberry powder and wine. They are often part of sweet treats, too - such as pies, crumbles, and more. An excellent source of nutrition, elderberries are traditionally used to support a healthy immune system.
